This week we started nursery rhymes. Our first nursery rhyme was Hey Diddle, Diddle. With this rhyme, we talked about rhyming words and also the sight word 'the'. The all students also learned a saying to go with the word the. Here are two pictures of us practicing piecing the word together. You can search this blog for a complete list of all 25 sight words.
