Now that we are done with our letters and sounds study, we are moving on to bigger things. Today we started talking about beginning sounds. Most of the kids knew exactly what this meant because we find words that start with certain letters all the time. It was a great transition. We listened very carefully to some of the sounds in these picture cards and sorted them on the board. The kids did an awesome job with this.
