B.E.E. Binders

I would like to introduce you to our B.E.E  (Bring Everything Everyday) Binders!

B.E.E. Binders are organizational binders that house classroom and school information. These binders will help teach your child responsibility and organization.

When you open the binder, the left hand pocket will house papers that you need to return back to school signed or filled out.

On the right hand side you will see a "cover page" for the binder. And a clear zipper pouch. The zipper pouch will keep notes I may send you or you need to send me, pride bucks (which you will find out more about later) and money for lunch, field trips, etc.

Inside the clear pouch are two papers titles "a note for school". These are papers that I hope you can use to make changes in transportation, absences and other things easier to document and send to school. If you would like more, I will keep some in the classroom and they will be available to you upon request.

The B.E.E Binder has five colored tabs.
Here are what the tabs are for:

Red: classroom information

Yellow: classroom newsletters

Green: weekly/daily behavior calendar
The weekly behavior forms must be signed by a parent or guardian. The calendars may also be used to documents special dates.

Blue: homework/guided reading book

The homework page must be signed daily. We do not have homework this first week, but please practice signing the page this week.

Clear: star words/ academic references
This tab has no information quite yet, but as we learn new words and information, we will fill it up.

The back binder pocket is for information sent home that you can keep. Please make sure to empty this pocket daily. If this pocket is not emptied, you will miss important information and also damage the binder.

If you need to contact me at anytime, you may look at the contact label on the back cover of the binder.

If any of this information is forgotten you may look at this blog post or look on the back of the binders "cover page".

I know this may seem like lots of information to absorb, but once you get use to using this binder, you will love using it.
It's gonna be so much easier to keep up with one binder instead of multiple folders.
