AR is an independent reading program in which students are encouraged to read on their own and take tests to earn points for their reading comprehension. Please encourage your child to participate in this program. They can take tests on their library books, most guided reading books, and many of the stories we read in class, as well as books they have read on their own. Please encourage your child to keep reading and testing to make his or her goal.
