All last week we looked at how cooling or heating things can change matter into solids, liquids or gases. Last week we looked at jello. First we looked at the powdered that makes jelly. We decided that Jell-O was a solid even though we can be bored easily and makes a heap which means that it's still a solid. Then we took it and we put it into boiling water we watched the powder dissolve. After dissolving it turned yellow. We place the yellow liquid into the freezer to let it cool. When we cooled it, it became a solid known as Jell-O. We touched it and felt it to find all the properties it had. Properties such as color, shape, texture, size, and temperature.
