Today we read The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn. It's about a little raccoon who doesn't want to leave his mommy and go to school. He is then reassured about school and reminded that his mommy still loves him when he's away at school by the kissing hand she gives him. Very cute book!
Expect to see a kissing hand in your childs folder tonight. Ask them about the story and she what they remember.
Your child also came home with a "kissing hand" from me!
