Cranberry Jelly

Because our Turkey day is coming up, we made cranberry jelly.  When the Pilgrims and Native Americans were getting ready for the first Thanksgiving feast, everyone had a job….even the young children.  Lots of the children picked berries.  Here is how we made our cranberry jelly.
Step 1: One cup of water.

Step 2: One cup of sugar.

Step 3: Boil the sugar and water and add CRANBERRIES

Step 4: Let it simmer for 15 minutes, stirring it occasionally (It was fun to listen to all the berries burst and pop open)
Step 5: Refrigerate
Step 6: Enjoy!
