Nursery Rhymes

Nursery Rhymes are traditional! Why shouldn't we all learn a nursery rhyme or two. Of course they are also great for teaching rhyming words and punctuation. While learning the. Odor blue, we also learned about Little Boy Blue.  The nursery rhyme little boy blue has lots of periods and question marks in it.  I bet if you point to a period in a book, your child will now be able to tell you what it is and what it means.  I'm so excited about how much we have learned, and we have only been in school for 14 days!
