I Am A Booger...Treat Me With Respect!

We had a long talk about hygiene....Boogers especially. This post might not be for parents with weak stomachs. Anyway, we talked about the importants of boogers and what to do when its time to discard of them. The most important thing of the whole lesson is to never, ever eat your boogies....that make you and everyone else sick. This information was all in the book we read "I Am A Booger...Treat Me With Respect". There is a picture of us with the book and making a 'boogie ghost'. Ask the kids about this. Hehehe.

 

Good News!

Good news! The morning class has won a pizza party for winning the PTA membership drive. The afternoon class won a rootbeer float party for selling the most cookie dough during the fundraiser. Hooray! We are all winners. :)

The Computer Lab: Starfall

Last week we took a trip to the computer lab. The kids loved it. We worked on a website called www.morestarfall.com. this website is great for colors, number, letters and more!

Every week we will be doing a letter study. All last week we went over the letter Ii. Your child should know the sound Ii makes and be able to identify the letter. Please review this letter with your child. This week, we will be working on the letter Mm.
